We met Carole at an Open House, which we drove by and decided to check out.  Are we glad we did!  This was our first real estate purchase in the United States.  After seeing several other units, and after Carole's generous time and extremely patient explanation of every detail involved in purchasing property, we decided to buy the unit she was representing.  Carole was very upfront and no-nonsense about the financial and legal aspects of purchasing, owning and renting our townhouse. She has since been our very fastidious property manager, and we couldnt or wouldn't have ever considering doing this without her.  She is constantly going out of her way for us in unexpected ways...a new plant show up, or she pops in before showing our place to spiff up a bit.
