Carole Matthews-French has been a La Jolla resident since 1984 and a licensed Realtor since 1985. She specializes in San Diego's Coastal Communities, including La Jolla, Pacific Beach, Del Mar, Solana Beach and Rancho Santa Fe.
Her husband, Hiram French a graduate of Texas A&M, has a vast knowledge of San Diego's real estate market and has been a Realtor since 2002.
As a members of REBA, the Real Estate Brokers Association of La Jolla, Carole and Hiram attends the weekly association meetings and preview new listings regularly. They are also a member of SDAR in San Diego. Carole and Hiram, are associated with Realty Experts in La Jolla. All the professionals of La Jolla Real Team share the same Real Estate philosophy...and that is to give personal attention, with integrity to all of their clients, whether first time or experienced Buyers and Sellers. We believes that giving back to the community in which we live and work, is a spiritually rewarding experience.
Carole has assisted with Meals On Wheels in La Jolla, the Rolling Reader Volunteers Tutoring Program, where she has tutored 3rd and 4th graders. Also, Carole has done volunteer work for the La Jolla Rough Water Swim as well as the La Jolla Half Marathon, in which she has also participated as a runner.
Last year, Carole and Hiram started a community clean-up project..."The North La Jolla Litter Pickers", which meets the 1st Sunday of every month at Starbucks at 7:00 am, to help keep their neighborhood clean and litter free.
When possible, Carole and Hiram love to sail the San Diego Bay. They have also sailed the British Virgin Islands, which was a fantastic experience.
Complimenting her Real Estate activity, Carole enjoys being involved with interior decorating projects. She has now incorporated this into her Real Estate business.
Carole has 4 grown children and 6 grandchildren. A new addition to the family is Lilly, a Maltese puppy.
